1. Throttle and clock Tweek? ( I am always in extended network so I am always on 1x will this increase my speed,

within liberty tool box
2. what is zipaligns all apk?
3.what is symlink busy box?
4.what is call ring delay?
5.what is dalvik vm heap?
6.max events?

Throttle is a workaround to what Verizon will does to limit your speed on the network. It wont have much effect if you are in 1x coverage.
The clock tweak will let you remove the clock from the notification bar. Many like this because the lock screen has a clock and they use. Clock widget on the home screen.

Yeah, I like it too because I have more room for notifications and such on the status bar
