Called my local ATT.

Yea I think from now on Im sticking with HTC, from what Ive seen they are one of if not the best.

I have had an HTC G1, HTC tilt, HTC Hero, and HTC Aria all quality phones even though the aria was too freakin small!! From being on XDA and other forums the consensus which I agree with is that HTC are the best made phones on the market, and I will also be sticking with them exclusively

Due to the huge scale of the two giants, AT&T and Verizon, they do mass hiring & training. Neither hold their employees completely accountable. As a result your best to do your own research and do not make the mistake of asking reps for opinions or advice. They (sadly) have no clue. The only exception is the salesperson who is an informed enthusiast. On average you'll find one in every 10,000 :)

same here I get the upgrade in November so when a dual core HTC arrives im all over it

Is HTC that much better? I'm wondering if they'll bring a dual core phone to AT&T this year? I was sold on the Atrix but now I'm thinking I may just get this off contract. Right now I have $350 in Best Buy gift cards and I'm going to return a game tomorrow which will give me a total of $410. $450 is so cheap to buy a phone like this outright. I may just get this phone off contract and keep my upgrade. I know it's too early to ask this but I will anyway. Based on past HTC devices does anyone think that the Inspire will get full roms at some point? Like do you think you'll be able to flash a gingerbread rom to the Inspire before HTC makes gingerbread available for the phone?

Honestly I laughed at this phone when I first saw it. For me it was the Atrix and nothing else. But after seeing many hands on videos the software looks like it's running as smooth a silk. I've never had a moto or HTC device but from watching videos I really like how sense looks and sense 2.0 looks even better.
