When I was trying to download a custom font from velocity 1.0 it restarted and when it went to my home page nothing should up and it doesn't give me options on turning my phone off.

Is there a way to get into recovery by turning on the phone?

Turn the phone off.

Hold the power, send and menu buttons until the lg logo appears.

Thanks I was tryin all things like power home and send and it wouldn't work lucky I have three back ups so I should be good thanks

I was using the scripts to do that so is there a reason on why that happened

Not really sure. I didn't write any of the Velocity scripts or set up the OTA process so my knowledge on them is limited.

Try asking Trident or Savoxis about it. They should be able to help.

And to clarify when you brick it it boots to the lg logo and sits there

Well you can after restoring it i have no idea how
But initially all it will do is show the lg logo

I was trying to change the font color and had the same thing happen. Did a battery pull and rebooted in recovery (Vol Down + Home + End) reflashed/rebooted and everything was okay.
On a very unrelated note did anyone see the Black Eyed Peas haldtime performance @ Superbowl? OMG Fergie cannot sing if her life depended on it! My ears still hurt
