I got a text showing:
https//mymetro.bevocal.com:8443/services/bodcapi-2.2.0 appname=NMC_METRO_CARE_CLIENT&appVersionId=0.0.2configsetName=nmcLauncher#
Anyone konws what is that? I call Metro and they told me it could be a update.
Thanks for helping

I got a similar message on my Cricket huawei ascend. It was not a text though, it, was a popup that just disappeared. I should check for any updates in the settings, I haven't. Why didn't I think of that? Will see what happens. You should call Huawei, not Metro.

Customer Service system for Metro is Bevocal , maybe they gonna Try to push some sort of customer service app onto our phones . . . Truthfully The Acend will never receive an Official update from MetroPCS , the cost for them would be too great in terms of having an influx of tech calls , and fake or real problems people will claim after update. Im sure in time Huawai will either release or leak an update, if not ofr the fact that thousands of more people will be able to buy more apps that will require higher android level ,

Again for metro It will be much more cost effective for Metro To Buy Huawai's next release of their latest phone at $x per units that have Android 2.2. or 2.x on already then to upgrade and deal with a nightmare of lost contacts and tech calls real or fake , i live in miami, alot of peeps gonna say they lost sh**t just to get a few $$

Simply , my point is why would metro spend even a second to upgrade their lowest end phone , it wont oficiially happen,. And today Metro released the samsung 4g android wow

It is the most commonly sold right now. Sheer demand might be a persuasive. This phone was sold out more than any other single phone they've carried since they started selling touch screens. (Per se a Metro Pcs Representative)
