Inspire quick review

Let me start off by saying I am no professional reviewer, Im just a guy that is inlove with the Inspire and I cant wait to get one. I dont have a blog, and I dont typically do reviews online.

These are just some disorganized thoughts. ​

I work at a Wal-mart, in the Connection Center, aka where they do phone contracts. We got a few of the Inspire in today and I had a chance to play with it for a few minutes. First off, its gorgeous, and huge. It has good weight too it, and feels solid. The touch screen is almost predictive it works so well. The camera takes beautiful pictures, the auto-focus seems to work pretty good as well. The duel LEDs are super bright when used with the pre-loaded flashlight app. The screen is bright and colorful. The battery cover was a PITA to remove.

This seems to be a universal complaint. Any tips on getting it off without damaging it, or leaving marks?

I cant say 100% because I am not the person that too that cover off, but there was much much more fighting with the batter cover. It seemed to me at the time that the SC card cover came off without much trouble.

AFAIK we have not recieved dummies yet. Only the real one.

If you go to at&t, just make the guy that sells you the phone put in the battery and SIM card, which is usually a routine thing anyway. That way if it gets messed up, they have to let you have another, because they did it!

I think a sunglass screwdriver would work well to get underneath the case.

I went to Best Buy today to talk about the Inspire. They checked my account etc. I saw another employee playing with the Inspire behind the counter.
I asked, "Are you expecting a big show on Sunday for the new phone?"
The employee helping me responded "What phone?"
I said "The Inspire."
He responded, "Oh yeah we'll have it."
I take it there will be no lines Sunday morning at 11:00 AM.
