A very solid GB option, been running for about 24 hours. Will let you know my opinion shortly.

So far, the only bug I've found is an issue when changing wallpaper or a LauncherPro dock or icon image. Upon selecting, a diff image from my gallery shows up. I posted it on DF, but hadn't seen anyone else report it or have anyone respond to it just yet.

I've made some calls, and so far I have not lost 3G. While on v1.0, it was the same, but after a few days I would have to turn airplane mode on and off. We'll see if that's the case here.

When I first turned on GPS, it didn't have my location exact, though close. It righted itself, but took a couple mins.

On DF, most are reporting better battery life than 1.0, been worse for a few. Right now, I've been off the charger for about 4 hours, made a couple calls, emails, and some browsing and I'm at 90%. Not heavy use compared to what I normally do, but significant enough.

Can anyone tell me how this compares to C-ROM 1.0 Beta 2?

I can't decide if I should try flashing this or wait for a completely solid GB ROM.

I've been running v. 1.1 for a few days now, and from what I've noticed, the battery life is about the same as the CM7 nightlies, which is a little worse than, say UD 2.5, but worth it. The only major issue that I have seemed to have is the return of 3G after calls. Sometimes it takes a while after a call and sometimes I have to do the airplane mode trick. Other than that, it runs pretty good.

Guys long time lurker first time poster. I have been running Sourcery for a good while now. Does anyone know the main benefits of switching to a GB rom. Is it worth it? Is the performance that much better than froyo?

Accelerometer seems to be working fine in this release.

One thing i've noticed is when I am connected to wifi, my 3G icon disappears. I can still make phone calls fine, and when I disconnect from wifi the icon reappears.

I like the interface/widgets of LGB, but so far, CM7 seems to be faster and less "jerky" between menus & scrolling...I'm using the stock kernel, high: 800, and LP. Any suggestions?

Thanks for this thread. Been a long time UD fan but this ROM is butter smooth and Gingerbread to boot! Everything just has that fluid motion that the original Droid has always seemed to miss no matter what ROM I loaded. I still have things to test yet before I keep it (BT, etc) but so far I'm blown away! I also think that 1Ghz OC is the sweet spot whereas 800Mhz is good but still allows for lag every now and then.

Ok, I'll start a thread for this. For future reference, if you come across a newer version of a ROM, feel free to go ahead and start a thread for it. Just ensure that one hasn't been started first. It's really the best way to make everyone aware. Not to mention a good way to get some "thanks". Helps build your street cred. lol
