I need some help. I followed all the instructions on how to ROOT using unrevoked3. That went great and I have full root (S-OFF). I downloaded MikFroYo's 4.5 ROM. Now here's my problem. After it downloaded I tried to put the file into my SD card. The phone is plugged in and it says, Removable Disc F:. Dragging the file into that directory, it says Please Insert a Disc into Removable Disc F:. What am I doing wrong? Thanks in advance for any help, I appreciate it.

Well I got the ROM and Kernel flashed. Everything was doing ok. I set up AddFree and it recommended a reboot. I did the reboot and now it's stuck on the white htc EVO 4 screen?

EDIT: I wiped everything, then reflased. Working ok now :) Just won't use that app again I guess?

1) Did you flash any other mods, etc. from recovery aside from the ROM and kernel?
2) Did you restore anything from your stock ROM, and if so, how?
3) Was this the first time rebooting since flashing the kernel/restoring backup? (asking because it might be a coincidence)
4) Turn the phone off (pull the battery if you have to), then turn it back on while pressing and holding volume down to get to hboot. Select recovery, then wipe cache and dalvik in recovery. Reboot, and see if it boots up. Start with that.

EDIT: I guess I should have hit refresh before posting this. Heck, answer the questions, anyway, if you like, and maybe we can figure out what happened.

Sorry, I didn't get a post for awhile so I figured I'd try to figure it out (the mechanic in me). Since I could get into HBOOT I figured I could wipe cache and dalvik and try it again. I've read that helps out sometimes, fortunately it did this time. No I didn't flash any mods and didn't restore anything from my stock ROM.
