Hi All,

I am currently running Leedroid 2.3d and am thinking about trying miui. However when going to xda to download the rom I find that there is two versions, a D2W and an A2SD.

I am unsure which would be best. I currently have an EXT3 partition on my SD card of 1GB. Also it is unclear on the xda thread whether I need to flash the language to English.

Any help with the above would be gratefully received.

Thanks to all of the more experienced users on here who have helped me in the past (and I'm sure in the future!).

bishy.

I have just switched from Leedroid 2.3c to MIUI AU 1.2.4R2. I was counting on Titanium Backup Pro to take care of the migration, but I could not restore the SMS messages. The first time, I tried restoring so many things and I ended up getting lots of force closures on android core process (acore). I think it happened due to restoring either the Messages app or Contacts from Leedroid. Anyways I flashed MIUI again and tried to only restore SMS messages, but could not do it. So I am now reverting to Leedroid 2.3d and will try backing up SMS messages using a different program.

I use MyBackup and it works great, try that sometime.
By the way, why MIUI au? Why not stock?
