That has me thinking though, the original Star Trek wasn't too far off with their communicators. Of course they couldn't have envisioned how tiny and detailed our screens would get, but at least they fit in the palm of your hand and were wireless. Just think how hard to swallow it was for people to believe technology like that would be possible back in those days. Viewers probably watched that thinking, "boy this show sure is far out"!

You're mixing your Series ... Ensign Ro or Yeoman Rand. I'll take seven of nine and resistance is definitely futile.

But what a mix it would be. I've always had a thing for Yoeman Rand. Yup I got Yoeman and Ensign mixed up but the series mix was deliberate.
