Well to begin they are overpriced way overpriced. I paid $50 for the combo which includes the surface and holster. When you hold it on the side where case is locked if you press it with even slightly pressure it creaks. However the holster is perfect and with surface its good overall coverage. I just think $50 is to much for freaking shell. Also they do sell Innocase battery and screen protector as both been tested over the years and failed compared to the competitors.
I myself would have to go with Mugen Power when it comes to stock size battery and for screen protector anything but Zigg's InvisibleSHEILD as it took me 5sec to put hole in it so much for them to claim it was virtually indestructible lol I didn't want to send it back as it would be hard to explain during RMA that why it has hole in the middle LOL what a waste of $30 that was.A lot of company make decent screen protectors now as you just have to know which to get as you can get clear glass or anti glare mostly like Vikuiti's DQC-160 type which is IMHO best.
So I have read that with this case (and the other ones currently available), that you cannot see the 2 lights for caps lock and function lock when using the slide out keyboard. Think it would be a problem to use file or dremil tool to remove a bit of the case to allow the lights to be seen?
Honestly if you are skilled with a file i would be all over that in a heart beat. with this case, it doesn't cover the lights as much as the other cases i have tried it actually shows like half of the lights.

I don't know how it is with the black case, but I purchased the dark blue. And when either led is lit up, you can actually see it through the case. It illuminates through the plastic and you can still see it.
