how to buy an app at the market

ok i trying to buy an app at the market

i made a google account

i made a checkout bit for the account

now when i try buy the app with my phone it says there is no android phone attached with this account

OR is it possable for me to use my paypall account to buy apps ??

currently as far as im still aware the market itself doesnt accept pay pal...to use pay pal or other means of paying such as debit cards you can still go to said aps developer website...

I've had to for many things because I dont own a credit card...and the android market is SOLEY credit card right now....the bastards...

guess its a fraud thing maybe...or their just lazy I dunno...

Feel free to shout at me if I'm asking a stupid question, but is the Google account the one you entered when you first started the phone, or did you create a second one just for the marketplace? If you fire up the Gmail app, it should be the first account listed.

yes it *IS* the one you use when doing anything with google including email...unless you have secondary accounts etc..

lol well as far as i know i have only made 1 google account and that is the one i made just 1/2 hour ago ,,,, i had the phone for mounths

Well, it's been a while, but I was fairly sure that the phone asks for your gmail account when you first turn it on. That's the one that will be associated with the marketplace and cannot be changed without a factory reset.
