your hboot is not damaged, s-off damaged recovery and you dont have the right drivers for it to access the device via fastboot

to use that tool you wait for those loading images to go and select fastboot
when in fastboot and connected to the pc; go to start>right click my computer>click manage> device manager. does it have any exclamation marks for drivers not installed?

if your hboot was damaged you would not be booting

Wow, this could take a while...

Have you read up on fastboot/adb commands at all? Might be worth while as they're handy to know. You need to make sure you have the drivers installed first before using fastboot commands

I've been struggling for two months....seems all it needed was a "fresh pc"
the fastboot on my pc does nothing....just hangs....

thanks for the help guys but how do i test it? try a manual recovery in hboot?

fllasher says sucessfull but my phone still ooks the same...
sorry if i sound like a noob :(

no it allows you to flash roms, wipe roms etc
you might need to RUU and start again as InfernalByte stated

ive not seen it in this state before, its wierd

I only suggested it as its what I did in a simular situation and I'd reached the end of my knowledge on the matter. I'd hate to think that I sounded as if I knew what I was doin. :)
