Help Not downloading attachments from MMS?

Anybody else having trouble downloading attachments from MMS? I try to download a jpeg or a video from a text and it won't download. Are my settings wrong?

We don't know what your settings are, so we can't tell you if they're correct for the type of files you want to download.

Keep in mind that if the attachments are over about 300 kb, they'll not completely download, and maybe not at all.

3g must be turned on in order to send and recieve MMS messages. Which is a problem if you have a limited Data plan, as it does burn data. Which means your not really getting unlimited mms messages anymore. Tmobile just told me sorry about your luck. NO offer to upgrade to unlimited data or nothing. Sure is convenient to them. Been with them ten years, one interaction just killed my loyalty.
