i keep trying to update my profile and prl and i keep getting an error message. i tried talking to sprint (different reps) and they kept getting me to take the battery out. they all said the same things word for word like they were reading off a paper. anyways it didn't work. i keep getting that they profile/prl could not be updated and to contact customer care if the problem persists. and the error says either unknown error or internal error. any ideas?
