Cases and headphones?

My atrix is arriving via FedEx tomorrow and I have a couple of questions:

1. Does the phone come with headphones?

2. Should I get a case/screen protector for it? I know it comes with gorilla glass, so does that warrant not getting a case?

3. If I should get a case, which one (it would need to be able to get in and out of my pocket easily)?

1. I didn't notice it in any unboxing videos. Includes Atrix phone, USB cable, HDMI cable, AC charger and an Owner's Manual that you won't read Just as well that it doesn't. Usually iPods/MP3 players comes with cheap earphones anyway. Better off just buying yourself a pair that you like.

2. I bought a screen protector for it because I did on every phone and like the extra protection. Many have said it isn't necessary for this phone.

3. I ordered the Otherbox Impact case. This will be my first case so I can't give an accurate review on it.
