Help Text Message Question

So this is silly, sometimes when I txt it says im txting a different person than i really am. Example: I'll text my brother (Alex) and it will say im txting someone else but the txts are actually being sent to Alex. I'm not real sure whats up, anyone else having this problem on the Droid 2 Global (2.2 Froyo) or any other phone?

It's a known sms bug that google is addressing. It does not appear to affect 3rd party sms apps. I use handcent and have never had this problem.

Thank you very much. It was annoying me and I couldn't figure out how to fix it. Guess I'll try handcent. Thanks agian
