It is a full Aosp build and not just the theme. Its built from jt1134's source

Currently this is based off the same source as JT's vanilla

Battery Percentage works now.

I got my vendor overlay on github if anyone wants to look at it.

This is still a work in progress. If you notice anything that isnt themed that you think should be just let me know.

Now for some Screen Shots

Installation:

Install via clockwork

This is a themed rom. Its the whole rom but will flash over jt's vanilla just fine.

If you are coming from a touchwiz rom be sure to wipe data and cache.

Some other notes:

I havent gotten the Gingerbread wallpapers in the build yet. I will eventually when I have time. For now just use NexusKang from the market. The free version has the gingerbread wallpaper.

Kernel is no longer included in this build since voodoo is out. Flash one of the kernels below along with the rom.

Gingerbread Themed Aosp
Aosp kernel (RFS)
Aosp Voodoo Kernel
Gapps

This is tite! Is fixing battery percent hopeless? I'm guessing it's b/c jt built it in?

No, i was talking to jt about it earlier. With some larger battery icons and a centered percentage it will work. So it will probably happen eventually. Just depends on when i get around to making the icons larger and jt figures out centering percentage.

I asked this in the vanilla froyo thread on XDA because I assume the issue traces to that, but I know jt is a busy man so I figured I'd ask here too:

Is there a known reason why the dialer buttons are so laggy? I'm assuming it's just one of those things... work in progress, no kernel source, etc. etc.

hmmm I dont really find them to be laggy. How laggys are you talking like a second? Or less than that?

This is very nice. Which radio do I use with it?

Also, the only non-themed thing I've noticed is the little checkmark icon that comes up on the notification bar after installing or updating something from the market; it's still that black froyo icon and not the gingerbread green checkmark.

eb01 radio is your best bet although others may work. Good catch on the checkmark thing. I will find that this weekend.

OMJ,

I flashed this today and the battery isn't quite right for me - doesn't fit in the icon like the screenie you posted on XDA. I did flash over JT's Nextheme 0.8.1 rather than Vanilla but didn't think that would matter since this is a full ROM. I cleared cache/dalvik a couple of times, toggled the battery percent with reboot a couple of times, but still not right.

Edit: tried again after flashing Vanilla, and changing battery font size to small - it's still off center and goes outside the battery icon.

hmm....might have to wipe data...although you shouldnt have the option of changing the font size anymore. So let me look at it. I will let you know shortly
