Help someone please help me

hi im really new to this whole android thing i only just got the gt540 a couple of days ago i havnt installed any apps on it but i updated it to 2.1 then rooted it, afta rooting it and reading threw a heap of threads i stupidly decided to delete everything i thought was useless eg: google talk, ie browser, so now i carnt download anything from the market or browse sites, to make things worse i did a factory restart and my phones useless now,

please can someone help me get gtalk back the simplist way because i dont no anything about these phones, thanks

Never uninstall any Google Apps. Ever. Otherwise this happens and renders your phone useless. Try re installing 2.1 (or 2.2 or 2.3)

yes, i have re installed it using software update KDZ but now its worse all the programs are back but now it doesnt read my sim and i carnt open any programs that process carnt open msg comes up everytime i try to open a program

google own our phones u dont try delete them
