Said he knew it was supposed to come out tomorrow, but it has been delayed and he doesn't know for how long. He said "we're looking at about a week." Said he would call me back when it comes in. This was all left on my voicemail.

Swear on my mother's grave I'm not messing with you. I even didn't delete the message for some form of proof, but I have no idea how I could even prove it to you. But literally, those were his words. His tone sounded like he didn't have a clue at all. Sounded like he was speculating.

The only reason why I didn't explain in my first post was I assumed everyone and their mother would post this as the calls go out, so I thought if I was quick, I would start the thread and then explain ten seconds later in my next post, which if you looked was literally right after.

I just use the stock voicemail that comes with Verizon. If anyone can give me a idiot's guide to getting this over to you all I'd do it in a heartbeat. I'm off all week from school, so I'd have the time if you can explain how to do it.

I apologize if a thread like this already exists. I hadn't read anything official from either BB or VZW, so I thought this was at least something. All apologies if this is old. The silver lining was he said he thought it was going to be about a week. Remember, he called me, not the other way around.

I tell you what...I would be thrilled for you, because that would mean they are out there and ready to go, but bummed beyond belief that where I live isn't important enough to get them upon launch. I will be demanding that they extend my buy back if it indeed launches tomorrow and not for me in my town. I think I've got a case.

I live in Detroit, MI and my BB called me while at work and left the same VM...my preordered Thunderbolt wont be in tomarrow and that they dont have a release date so dont waste a trip to the store tomarrow...SUCKS!

Are you just messing with us? They seriously called you and told you that? I live in New York City, and pre-ordered at the Best Buy in Union Square. If that place doesn't get the phone tomorrow, no one will. I never got any sort of call today though.

Ok a friend of mine on twitter called the best buy that he pre-ordered his at, and they told him that they actually got them in today and that he could pick it up at 10 am tomorrow. This is the best buy he ordered it at:

I got a call around 7pm and I live in Tampa, fl.

Basically a girl said she was sorry to let me know that the Thunderbolt was not going to be in tomorrow. I asked when and was toldnthey would have them on Monday.

Not sure I believe them but that was what I was told.
