Active wallpaper question

The only data you'll rack up is if you download it. If you do this over wifi, it will not. And yes, the files are on your phone.

UNLESS, now that I think about it, you use a live wallpaper that requires data updates. I saw a livewallpaper that uses google maps. THAT will use up data if you're moving around a lot, as it will need to update the map data.

I think your right about this, but since its LOCAL then its not UPDATING any data and the only thing is that what he said about draining the battery (No worry about battery here cause we can pop in another one).
