Root HELP plz

ok so this is my first post but i need help well i F**** up my phone may be "bricked" i tried to install velocity_0.3 (with rom manger, clockworks) _ but wen i did i got a my phone to loop with lg logo then Verizon logo but then it just goes and goes i can move things to my sd card and install with the rom manger (pressing volume home and end ) plz help its rooted and i rather not have to take it to Verizon

still i tryed to install stock recovery and other roms still after the vrizon screen it just repeated/loops

ALWAYS wipe DATA, Cache, and Dalvik Cache before flashing a rom.

I tried .04 on my wifes on accident I wasn't paying attention on what I was clicking and dragging I spent almost an hour trying to figure it out also I had to flash then reflash 1.0 to get it to work.

I need some help with this also. I just tried to flash velocity 1.0 with ROM manager and now its stuck on the velocity screen. I thought i did a back up but im not sure.

did you wipe everything? and not to be a smarta$$ but you are up to date on 2.2.1 froyo correct?

Dont flash with rom manager! Do not do not do not! This is why it says recovery! Not rom manager. Not the same!
