Angry Birds Unlocked!

This might already be known by most, but in case it is not, I thought I would just share a simple way to unlock Angry Birds game!
This will unlock all the levels in the game, giving you full access to choose whichever level you'd like to play.
I cant guarantee that it will work for you, but I have done this 3 times (just to double check)and has worked each time for me

There are two prereqs:
1) Have rooted phone
2) Already have Angry Birds installed on your phone.

Okay here we go...
Download "AdFree" app from the market. Then simply open up AdFree app and "download and install hosts". (this should only take a second). Then close out of AdFree, open up your angry birds game and all the game levels will be unlocked!
Done. Simple.

note: I have a rooted HTC EVO.

I have tried this 3 times today. Installed Angry birds then AdFree....then uninstalled both and reinstalled both 2 more times....and it worked for me every time!

Maybe i'll uninstall both and try again. Question...what does ad-free have to do with unlocking birds?

Its fun playing the harder levels first, makes the first few levels even easier! HA!

Yes...must have a rooted phone, as I mentioned in my original post.

Wow, I dont know why it doesnt work for everyone. works like a charm whenever I do it.
Thought it might be a glitch or something...

AdFree is only used to remove the ads built-in to many apps. (it blocks the web addresses they use to connect, thereby not showing any ads)

AdFree will not unlock any levels in Angry Birds.

Well it does for me...
I uninstall angry birds and then AdFree. Then I reinstall angry birds, open the game and of course all the levels are locked except for the first level where you start by default. Then I close the game, download Adfree from the market. Open and run Adfree. Then I go back and open up angry birds and I can choose any level (1-5) in Angry birds as options to play. As before level 2 was locked, it will now be open and available to click and play in that level.

There is nothing else I am doing. It works everytime. I am rooted and not sure if something else on my phone is causing this to happen, but works like a charm!

oh yeah, and the ads are, of course....removed as well.
