Help Questions about Thunderbolt...

Oh! Also what makes it superior to the Evo? they seem relatively similar...
50% more RAM
Next generation snapdragon processor which is nearly twice as fast and drains the battery less.
Much faster and more expansive 4G network on Verizon, which will continue to expand, while there are even rumors that Sprint may switch to LTE.
Comes with 32GB microSD card.
Better kickstand and speaker.
Much better customer service from Verizon, especially for long-time customers.

The TBOLT processor meets the DRM requirments to make Netfix a possibility in the future.
This is not yet certain. The Thunderbolt has the same processor as the LG Revolution (which demoed Netflix), but it is not yet known if the security keys were built in by HTC for the Thunderbolt. A Qualcomm engineer says that this is determined by the OEM, not by Qualcomm. I find that a little difficult to believe. It would not be good branding by Qualcomm, but that is what has been said publically so far.

I want a Thunderbolt badly, but I can't decide if I should wait for a dual core device.

Here's my question -- my "holy grail" vision is a 4G LTE Android phone that is itself awesome. PLUS, I want to eventually get a Honeycomb tablet WITHOUT a 4G plan (Wifi only) but that can pipe into my phone's 4G, either through bluetooth tethering or wifi hotspot.

This is obviously everybody's holy grail, and Verizon seems to be conniving to deny us this most excellent dream. :D And yet, it seems like the first carrier to get this done will be the One to Rule Them All.

Do you see reason why the Thunderbolt will NOT be able to do this? Am I more likely to get this dream out of a Motorola combo, or a Samsung combo?

Or is it as simple as "Yes, the Thunderbolt will Wifi hotspot, and just get the wifi only Xoom when it comes out or the next gen Galaxy Tab."

Well there really is no point in Dual core at this point. They will be a little bit faster than the TB but not by much. Also you will be able to tether devices by 4G (pay for it or I am sure someone will find a work a round to get it for free) as for the Tab I have a Nook Color. $250 it has honeycomb on it and its sweet... I will be able to use my TB to get internet on that when I do get my TB
