Interesting: current N1 user system update

For the current N1 users out there, did you just get a system update? On the subway now and just got prompted. So far I noticed that the accelorometer is working 100% of the time now and super accurate. This was a bug I noticed a dew dys ago that annoyed me a bit.

Has anyone noticed any other changes to the phone? I'm about to test the Missed Calls app to see if it added the tri-color to the trackball.

Firstly, I'd like to say thanks to 3rd-Geer and everyone else on this forum for the excellent quality of information.

Now I have a question that I hope some one might know the answer to.... I have just bought a N1, but I live in Australia. I am getting it sent to my brother in USA and he is going to bring it over with him in a little while. Does anyone know how/if I can get a copy of these OTA updates that Google is pushing out and how does one install them?

Thanks man. As for the updates I would like o assume that you would stiill get the update. Teresa s a setting in the phone that allows you to select it, so it can verify if you have the most recent update.

If not I'm sure all of them will be floating around blogs like this one so you can get it and install I on your own.

Still no idea why the update did, however it send to be running a bit smoother. Accelorometer has made a drastic change and works great.

Check to see if you can still reproduce the bugs with the wallpaper and the email.

Notice the wifi problem was fixed. Previously when myN1 was on wifi it would take out my whole network after about 15 minutes. Not having a single issue right now.

Everything works. It must be a patch release for all bugs.

I'm curious to know if the new phones will be prompted for the "holiday update" as well.
