OK,today I something has started happening that is a bit weird. After I got off work I took my inspire off vibrate mode so that the ringer and clicks would be on. But I noticed that the click that the phone makes when I unlock or lock the phone is barely audible. I have to put my ear to the back speaker just to hear it. I checked the volumes under settings > sounds, and they are all at normal levels. I power the phone off and back on with no improvement. Also, the speaker is working fine for everything else, like the ringer and videos. This really isn't a big deal but I was just worried it may be a sign of impending speaker failure. Anyone else have this happen or know what the problem may be?

Still having this problem. I've tried pulling the battery and no improvement. Like I said, this really isn't a big deal. Just me being picky about my new phone, lol. I've waited so long for it I want to make sure it's perfect.

Trust me I know how you feel. I want...no, I NEED my phone to be perfect as well.

Since I can't hear yours it will be pretty hard to compare. I usually have all click sounds on, don't like them. But I just tried on mine, and yeah, they're pretty low compare to ringtones, message tones, etc. I would say this is normal. Hope it doesn't change your mind about the phone! It's an amazing device!

Thanks for the reply. I appreciate the input. Like you said, the devise needs to be in normal working order, so any potential problems need to be taken care of hopefully as soon as they appear. And no worries about this changing my mind on my inspire. I absolutely love this thing. I have had it since feb 14, and I don't think I have put it down yet. lol.
