Here are some quick snaps I took. iPhone is on the right, Atrix on the left. Also, my iPhone has an anti-glare screen protector which probably degrades the quality. Either way, I'm happy to have so much more screen real estate. It really comes in handy browsing the web and reading emails. The text doesn't look as good small but zoomed in it looks fine.

Probably both.

But honestly, when I'm looking at my Atrix normally (meaning not squinting with one eye super close trying to see the pixels) the screen looks fantastic. I think everyone's making a huge deal out of it when in reality, most people won't be able to see the difference in day to day use anyways.

Sure the iPhone screen is way nicer when you blow it up and take a picture with a magnified lens, but seriously, who uses the phone like that anyways?

I'm a pentile hater, and while my atrix screen is def. not as nice as my IP4, I will *not* go back. I've realized that it only bothers me when I purposely look really close to see the pixels in a way that I don't do in normal use. retina level resolution is a bit of a novelty (for human eyes, anyway). Also, white/black looks really sharp, and some GUI elements look like they have been scaled up to the non-native qHD resolution.

a screen with a protector on it is not going to give accurate representation. not even close.

by the way, i feel that many of you may be suffering from severe cases of OCD and should considering seeking professional help immediately.
