yep, definitely worth it. With a two year contract you get it subsidized by 300, if you take it for one year its 200, well worth it. also depends on if you get attached to one phone, or you dont mind upgrading in a year and selling the atrix then

Worth it to me. In fact I just changed my contract today. I love this phone, but if we don't get the faster speeds we were promised, I don't want to be tied to it for 2 years. If the Atrix can't be upgraded to LTE that could be a problem for me too. I'm on an area that should be in the first group to get it. AT&T is the best carrier in my area, so If I just return it, what would I get? If I buy something on eBay to use until something else comes out, it would cost me more than $300.00. With Best Buy offering the Thunderbolt for $299 for a 2 year contract, I wonder if this may be a price we see more often with these more powerful phones. I see paying an extra $100 as the best way to have a good phone now and the cheapest way to be able to change next spring if I want.

I dunno, the Atrix is pretty advanced, dual core Tegra and all. It's not even close to using its full potential yet. The Inspire I would almost certainly get on a 1 year contract but the Atrix seems like it's pretty 2-year-contract-proof to me.

I am on a 1-yr contract (on Sprint), and I prefer it. It's a benefit of my specific plan.
