Battery Saver App

I've been searching the forum as well as the app store for a battery saver app that automatically will shut off things like GPS and such when a certain battery threshold is reached. I don't necessarily want a task killer, just a program that will save as much power as possible for making calls when the battery gets low. Suggestions?

It kept locking up and not letting me set anything up. Now that I reinstalled it, I have been able to set some of the defaults. I would like to find something simple that allows phone calls and texts, but shuts down everything else when you get to a certain threshold, say 25%.

Green Power isn't bad, but I really want an app that simply and automatically shuts off everything but the ability to make and receive phone calls and texts at a certain threshold.

Try Juce Defender. For me it was annoying because it automatically shuts down all data connection as soon as phone goes in sleep mode. But if you are not using wifi or 3g in sleep mode than Juce Defender is really good for you.

Thanks for the input. Tried them both. Neither are really what I want. Just want a simple app that will shut everything off at a certain battery threshold and start them back up again when above that threshold.

I may have to try my hand at creating an app..... Just need to find the time!

I read GreenPower uses more juice than it saves... Can't confirm that, though.
