Help Cant send or receive MMS

For some reason I cant download or send picture text.

When I go to send one, it just says sending but it never gets sent.

and when I receive one. It come as not downloaded and I try to download it. It says could not be download. Try again later.

Any idea's why Im doing.

Im on ATT, went from 1.6 to 2.1 rooted on stock ROM.

Are you able to use your data? I'm just wondering if there is a problem with your APN settings. I encountered something similar (on a 2.2 ROM) where I couldn't get 3G/H or MMS because it had automatically used the wrong APN settings.

I just realized I cant get on 3G/H...

How do check/change APN settings

Ok, false alarm..

it was my damn juice defender blocking my APN..
I was doing some searching on here and found a post about it.

I knew it did that, but I've had it for a while and its never blocked my MMS and not allowed me on the net.. Guess I need to check the juice defender settings.

Hi, total noob here and just got a Galaxy Note less than a month ago. MMS was working fine before then I installed Juice Defender and now it stopped working. I tried some suggestions I read including uninstalling it, also reinstalling and disabling wifi when sending MMS, and also disabling mobile data in the settings.

Still nothing. Some help will be greatly appreciated.
