hellppp, can't find phone

okay so i lost my android phone ..it is either stolen or just somewhere in my house i havnt signed up for a market account yet so i cant download any other apps to help find my phone or call it because its on silent is there any other way to find it with out an app

Welcome to the forums, holliemorton.

First try calling your own phone number from another phone; even if it's on silent you may be able to hear it vibrate (as long as you have not disabled vibration notifications).

I'd call the carrier support line and tell them what happened.

well, android phones have a built in gps, i think google has something that helps you track the location of it with the phones number, or maybe the carrier can do it. This is if its not in your house. Do some research on this, its a wild suggestion

If holliemorton hasn't logged into latitude with their google account, then he/she wont be able to find the phone. Even then, if it's lost in the house it will still be hard to find.

check that out.. I haven't used it, but what I understand is you use the PC version of android market, and it is supposed to auto install on your phone, and then let you use the GPS to find it.
