sometime its nice not having to register for ANOTHER forum at times just to get a simple answer to a question.. I dont get why somepeople have to be dicks when someone else posts what they think is a stupid question. I came to this thread hoping for a logical answer but I guess not.

as for the invite, check out the invite thread (http://androidforums.com/motorola-droid/32925-anyone-extra-google-voice-invite-they-can-spare.html) and see if anyone has a spare one

Isnt that the truth , im glad im not the only one that felt like this .

Thanks for the suggestion , though i did post there earlier .....And I just got a invite !(Que triumphant music)

Who said anything about registering for another forum. I didn't know that Google's voice homepage, which contains all the nitty gritty details of its service, required a membership.

I'll tell you what I'm sick of, people chiming in to complain about how others are being pricks when they tell people to search. I'll get into that a bit more later.

Search is your friend.

I agree. Not only is it your friend, you should always do it before you create a new thread.

Tough love maybe? Making someone "self sufficient", one user at a time? Maybe people are frustrated helping about the same issue(s) ad-infinitum, especially on a topic about a company whose sole existense is based around "search"?
