Nexus One Plan: Even More vs Even More Plus Plans

The google website only has one plan to choose from when buying on T Mobile.

Do I have to use that plan or can I call after I purchase and have them switch it?

I would like to have the Even More Plus Unlimited Everything for $79.00.
On googles page they are only offering the 500 minute plan with data/text for $79.00.

I'm wondering the same thing. Does anyone have this web2go plan with the Nexus One? I'm wondering what the difference is between the:

This could be significant, as it appears that the $10 web2go and "bundle" (Talk + Text + Web) plans route you thru the Internet2 APN, which could be somewhere in Kansas, vs. you're home state. This added latency could cause problems with time sensitive data such as VoIP/video.

I did not notice any data or sites being blocked, though I have not confirmed 7Mb DL speeds. 2Mb upload was possible on the cheaper plans however, which would suggest that the 7Mb speeds are available, since the regular 3G is below 1Mb for upload.

Whether or not the N1 is "supposed" to be on the $10 plan, I'm not sure.

$10 "web2go" won't work w/smartphone, if they know you have one (i.e. don't call for support, etc). Talk/txt/web plans don't work either, and when trying to access website, you are prompted to "upgrade" to smartphone plan.

I switched to smartphone plan, because I didn't want all my traffic routing through the mid-west...won't be good for streaming TV nor SIP calls. I was able to get access to the 7Mb network on the $10 plan.
