Help Unlocking the Behold II without a non T-mo SIM

Did you call T-mobile and get the unlock code?

They would not give it to me.

No, I'm trying to stay off the grid ;) The seller I got it from is trying to obtain the code for me. You should try back every few days until you get someone who can give you the code. You're suppose to be able to get one every 90 days.

This is what they sent me when I tried to unlock my wife's comeback. And I have unlocked several phones in the last year.

T-Mobile Sim Unlock Request
Sim Unlock Reference: xxxxxxxxx
IMEI: xxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Thank you for taking the time to contact T-Mobile. We have received your SIM Unlock Request. Unfortunately, we are unable to process your request at this time. This subscriber has received an unlock code within the last 90 days. Per T-Mobile Policy only one unlock code will be provided per active subscriber every 90 days. Please submit a new request 90 days after the last unlock code was provided.

Thank You,

Now T-mobile gave me the unlock code.
I put in a European SIM card, I got this "Pin Block" message as a pop-up screen. The pop-up does not go away no matter what keys I press. The only thing I could do was to press on either buttons within the screen.

"Emergency Call" brings me to a keypad that is not the usual dialer (as shown)
"SOS" brings me to another pop-up screen that says "Emergency Call" with a button: "call".

I tried using the emergency keypad to enter my unlock code but it was trying to use it as a phone number, and a message tells me this phone number is not valid.
So where do I enter the unlock code?

what if i bought a used phone from an individual, and they have gotten a new t-mobile phone and used the sim out of this behold 2 in the new one? and i want to use a non t-mobile sim in it, how do i get an unlock code? do i have to pay for one? or have the original owner call and get one?

Just FYI to all... I have been trying to unlock my wife's BHII with the #7465625*638*<unlock code from TMO> with her TMO sim.. It doesn't work with firmware version T939VJA3 at least. I used my Centennial Wireless sim in her phone and entered the unlock code from TMO and we now have an unlocked BHII.
