maybe i have been under a rock but has gingerbread been leaked? if so where can i get it and what has everyones opinions of it been?

Yes it has definitely been leaked (by P3Droid over at MDW).

As for my opinion iv been running it for the past 3 or 4 days and I must say iv been pretty impressed motoBLUR runs pretty good this time around and has quite an interesting launcher. There are already a couple ROMs out there, as well as Themes for the deodexed version of the leak.

i didnt enjoy it too much, so i went back to liberty 2.0 and after p3droid's blog about the whole ordeal, dont know what my future actions will be.

android is amazing, and supposidly open, however we are seeing more and more each day that, that is definetly not the case anymore

I tried it. Still on it. Works slick enough for me, can't wait to see what Kejar does with it though!

It's still open, it just won't let you steal tethering services away from them as easily anymore. Had to expect that was coming. Oh yeah and supposedly a red light goes off in 'Big Red' headquarters as soon as you root your phone now. Nothing they couldn't have found out from the Bush administration. They could have told them who was rooted, who wasn't, who was tethering, who was wearing black underware what day, and who ate Spaghetti-O's straight out of a can without heating it up in the microwave first.

i like GB a lot. I'm still on the non rooted leak. Also i don't plan on changing my ways of rooting and what not. I don't use wireless tether anyways so i could care less about that.

Mostly, you guys were cracking us up.

I was going to check for license, registration and alcohol while I was watching earlier - given the truly great teams have simply been missed - but then I thought I'd just remind everyone that we have a perfectly cromulent Lounge where you carry on all you want.
