Help HTCSense.com...anyone got it ALL working yet?

This is really disappointing and frustrating.

It's unacceptable for a company to advertise a feature set that just plainly does not exist. It's even worse that when you contact them, they provide a stock standard response (obviously a copy and paste, highlighting the frequency of the enquiries of this nature) which effectively fails to commit to any resolution. For them to say that they are working on it as a priority is a blatant lie. They have been stating this line since November 2010.

The reality is that the service does not make them any money, and therefore it's their lowest priority, but they still accept the benefits of customers purchasing their hardware based on the feature set of the service that they are still advertising falsely today.

For those of you who are as frustrated as I am for being taken for a ride by HTC, I suggest using methods such as their Facebook page(s) to press your enquiries. They should not be allowed to get away with it any longer.

Same here, stuck on the login screen.

Does anyone else's browser freeze up for a few secs whilst the page is loading too? Using chrome.

No, not here. Ive tried Chrome, FF 4, IE 9 and even Opera mobile and its the same on each browser. 7 months after the launch of this website and it's still not working...

My htc sense was also stuck at the loading screen, i am using internet explorer 9, the little thing kept whirling around forever until i clicked compatability mode and it instantly loaded. I don't know if other browsers have a compatability mode or not but that is what worked for me. On the other hand the site is still as useless as ever, i just have basic functions still.

It all appears working for me now. Started over the weekend.

Before I was able to intermittently make my phone ring, and for a week or two, I could lock the phone, but location never worked/plotted me in Africa.

Now its all working. (provided I have mobile Data turned on and connected)

It all take a little while as it has to send the signal to the phone (and back again once it has found its current location, if requesting the location) but I can make the phone ring (within 10 seconds), lock the phone (within 2 minutes) and it gives me a GPS accurate location if the phone is outdoors (between 2 and 5 minutes)

I have today got it all working with the help of an HTC technical manager.
I have not read through the complete Thread but will try to set out what you need to make this work.
PC with Internet connection, browser,e-mail A/C.
HTC Phone with the following active.
1) Using Setup application - Setup Internet Connection,Scheduled Sync,Wifi connection, Google Location, HTC Sense A/C.
Then check Settings:-
2) Settings - Location - with GPS satellites ticked. Location service - with Phone finder and Integrate Google Navigation ticked.
3) Settings - Accounts and Sync - General Settings - Background data and Auto-sync both ticked.
4) Settings - Wireless and Networks - Wireless or Mobile network internet connection active.
Then goto HTC Sense on PC, setup with Select Country, then supply other info required, the phone should be 44 then number without preceeding 0. When all is setup you will receive a verification e-mail. This is where my problems started and I only got it setup with HTC help. So if you cant verify,(error mesage) get on to HTC and be patient and polite and they will get it working in under a month. Remember you have a two year contract maybe!!. If verification works using your phone then it should Sync accounts and the Locator screen on Sense will indicate where you are and you will be able to ring and lock your phone from your PC. This can take a long time(the syncing). I would leave it overnight on charge and check again in the morning. Enjoy! :)

Working??? What about text messaging and a host of other promised features?
