VTL Launcher

Just thought I share.

I went to Gojimi's site for Vegan-Gingerbread edition updates and I saw that he's back from vacation and is working on releasing the beta release. He also shared the launcher that he made for the new Vegan ROM.
Its based on ADW so it should be good.

Looks nice, but I don't see anything that will make me switch from Launcher Pro.

Yeah I have been using it since he launched it. I really like it mainly because it is designed and laid out specifically for tablets. Launcher Pro is an excellent one to so if you are happy with it there may not be a reason to switch. I personally was not a fan of LP on the tablet for some reason. I couldn't even tell you why.

Same here. I use LP on my phone and love it ... but on a tablet, both LP and ADW kind of feel like bad hacks. The VTL UI fits the tablet form beautifully, and even in its early state it's still very solid.

VT Launcher 1.6.2 was just released. It is now stable and no longer beta. I use it on Vegan Tab 5.1.1 and love it. Especially since is was made for tablets. I really don't like having a cell phone launcher on my tablet. I installed the ADW Honeycomb theme and it looks very nice.
