I'm talking about root lol. I can wait for the actual OTA to hit my phone
I recently rooted and did the gb leak and after having some serious lag I sbf'd back to stock. Now will that not allow me receive the OTA? Im a noob so help
My sync in taskbar won't go away. Does this mean I have to do a factory data reset for it to go away?
If you sbf back to stock the or any ota for that matter should go through , usually just deodex files, custom roms/leaks and removed system apk block ota

@ECF do you think I will have to install pre root leaked gb first for root or if it's coming straight from the "ota"
This is really great news for the Droid X people and the rooting community! Those amazing guys at TBH deserve our sincere thanks!

if you used z4 to root and then use it to unroot can you get the ota
For anyone interested I just .sbf'ed back to stock Froyo and then did a System update search, "You device is up to date! No update is necessary at this time." I expected as much, now back to custom ROMs.
