Help On a Call, no buttons work?

When I am on a call, the sceen is black and the physical buttons do not respond. No way to make a con call or end a call, i must wait for the other person to hangup then everything works again. Is there a setting for this?

Welcome to the forums. There is a sensor on the front of the phone that will turn off the screen if it is covered during a call. This is normal behavior, as you don't want to accidentally press anything with the phone up to your ear. If it's doing this all the time, even when you don't have your phone up to your ear, it's likely caused by something getting in the way of the sensor. Do you have a case on the phone?

Yes, Ballistic case! Though the top button does not work either? Do u know where on the phone the sensor is? THANKS!!!!

The sensor is on the front at the top-left, below the speaker. If that's covered, the screen will turn off during a call. Take the case off, and see if it still does that.

Yes, you are correct, the case was just slightly blocking the sensor, I have trimmed this slightly and all is good, thanks a million!
