Why is the Atrix 4g category so dead lately?

I look in here each day but nothing new to report, this is the worlds most awesome cell phone, this should be common knowledge. SO until the April update comes out with hsupa support and the 1080p recording what else is there to talk about?

Looking forward to that update though, I'll tell you that much.

Its the middle of April when will we see this update?

I check back in every now and then, just to see what's cookin. I think that so many people have been turned of by at&t that they take it out on the phone. Either way the phone is still amazing, but the whole 4G BS fiasco I think just brought a lot of negativity to the phone. I'd still have it if it wasn't so turtle slow on that joke of a network.

I lurk. Also someone asked how to out video on their phone above. Not sure if you were serious but I'll answer anyway: you have a few options.
1. Connect the phone to a PC via the USB, select "USB mass storage" from the notification drop down. Once your computer has found the device you should be able to drag and drop after that.

2. As a second option you can also use an app called drop box.

As for the other question make sure you have the drivers installed from the phones.

I just do not see the passion for Android and this phone that I saw in the different Blackberry and Apple forums. There you were always looking for a new OS or mod you could use. Here the Atrix is so locked down that you cannot even root it. Don't get me wrong I love my Atrix and will not go back to BB. But the obsessiveness and passion that I have seen in iOS and BB users is sorely lacking here.

It's just the Atrix, check out some of our other Phone Forums here, espeically the Root subsection, like the Droid X (which just got a leaked official GB rom), the Evo, Desire etc.

I think that might be because the Droid market is oversaturated with a plethora of options making it hard to keep love for one phone. The difference there are different makes and models to choose from. It's a little bit more bland with iPhone when you just have the 3GS or 4 and BB is usually, im assuming, Torch and Bold discussion. I love this phone but someone mentioned earlier, usually when there is talk its usually because something is broken and they're looking for input. So far this phone is working fine for me :D so no news is good news I guess. lol I just cannot wait for the extended battery!!! :DD:D:D:D:D:DdD

I'm still learning so I check rather often, and exploring everywhere I can for info. So many diff options I can't decide how I want to configure mine lol. And when I begin, I have to research just about everything I do and the 10 different opinions/ways that ppl do it, LOL.
I read about this Gingerbread update, was researching if that was definite - seems like it will be cool, but no telling when will get it.

It's because the Atrix is a locked down pos with zero developement. In a few months this section will be deserted. Congratulations Motorola you took a killer phone and made it so nobody wants it. Only you and your ignorant security team could do that.

Wow... such hate... why? LOL

Love my Atrix and seems those who have them feel the same, aside from a few with problems.

And that's the thing. People generally don't post in these forums unless they need help or have problems, which is why it's become so "quiet" here. Very few probs... and an info that's needed can be found in the posts already here...
