I setup our phones and accidently hooked the marketplace to my gmail on 2 phones. Now my messages are going to 2 places and if erased on other phone I do not get them.

How do I unhook the gmail from it. I went to email and it shows no email set up. Any help would be great.

You mean you've set up the same gmail account on both phones?

If its a gmail account you're talking about
i think the only way to change it is to perform a factory restore on one of the devices

It asks when setting up to enter a gmail for the market. I put mine in both by accident. If I factory reset I will lose all contacts in that phone and have to pay to get them back on. Unless there is a way to back it up.

Ah i see what you mean now.

So it's not both phones getting the email.
It's one phone getting emails from both phones?

So two markets and one email address?
Not two phones connected to one email address

Well for some reason when you enter a email address to be able to d-load apps it also sets it to recieve emails from address entered. So yes its 2 phones recieving my gmail. So when a email comes in the other person deletes it on there phone and if they do that before I see online with computer or see it on my phone it gets trashed.

So dam confusing. Should not be this hard to fix lol.
