Help unlocked on Rogers?

Hi. This is my first ever forum post. I was given a new htc Incredible S (Bell) and purchased an unlock code to use it on my Rogers plan. I can get WiFi connectivity, but not 3G. Am I missing a setting somewhere? From what I've read it should work with my Rogers sim card. The home screen says I am on the Rogers network.

Have you entered the Rogers APN under Settings > Mobile Networks?

Second this. I unlocked mine and had to set up the Fido APN before getting 3G connectivity.
