Accessories Replacing Glass

I have a few scratches on my screen and there seems to be no real way to remove them. I am thinking about replacing glass completely but I am a little confused on what to buy. If I replace the glass I also want to replace the frame that goes around it.


basically I want to replace what this guy is holding:

I have found the glass part for sale for about $20 but if you want to buy it with the frame it is $80+? Or am I looking at something else?

Yeah I have looked there and they are selling the touch screen for $55 and the touch screen with the housing for $90. I have seen the touch screen for $20 (on Amazon). Why is the screen with the housing so much more expensive? Is it possible to buy the housing separately?
