So nice - what lockscreen/mail&sms notifications are you using?

Question for anybody, I want to have my message, contacts and gmail on my lock screen. So I am using desktop visualizer to size them , plus I want to use SMS unread count also, but how do I use my custom icons through here?

Any help please.

Thanks

I think I found it in my own quest for that option: here.

Thanks, I guess I have no idea how to do all that to the sd card, for changing the icon widget.

I am not that phone savvy!!

Guess I will not use it.

Thanks that helped.
Slow your roll...if I can figure it out, so can you. And that's kind of the point of forums, is all of us helping each other out.
1. Are you already using a lockscreen app, like widget locker?
2. The icons are stored like so: When you open your sd card on computer, there is a file called 'data' - open her up. create a new file called 'com.kanokgems.smswidget' and stick your icon files there.
3. Add the sms unread widget to your lockscreen - while you're in edit mode for the lockscreen app, of course. Click on the stock icon that pops up for text, or phone, or email, to change - and there your files are.

Voila. Took me more time to explain it than to do it.
If this feels like to much, consider the 'Missed It' widget for your lockscreen...it reads out text based alerts, like so:

Let me know if you need any more help.

One of the coolest I've seen, really like how you integrated everything to be part of the theme. Would copy that if I could.

Thanks vailpass
All images and WL theme are available on the XDA show your screen forum (see below)

r) so you can copy it exactla as it is :).
obviously multipicture live wallpaper must be used to place the 3 screens.
let me know if you need anything else.

Hi. Can you tell me what widget that is at the top of your second screen, the "Auto/Home/Work/etc".
Thank you in advance.

ok, been playing with GIMP text to path today. Finally . Getting the hang of it but far from where I'd like to be eventually.

Not much here, Fancy widget weather/clock and some text icons (9) embedded in the wallpaper. Just wanting to see what it really looks like .

Hmm , some of it looks better on here, some better on the phone. Back to the drawingboard !

You're becoming the GIMP GURU :)

I'm also working on a 'car' theme, and will prob post this week.
I look at it and I think awesome, and 10 minutes later it's far from awesome.
Anyway in elboco style, I'll just announce a teaser (but I'm not brave enough to post a thumbnail yet) :D

Im jealous ur using the WL Beta lol. Oh and love the clown face on previous screen. I kept getting drawn to the nose LMAO.
Actually though of you on the clown one, since I carefully used minimalist text colours to ensure I used the identical colours to the image (except one green bit I forgot to change on my post!)
That clown looked fantastic on screen, but a bit dismal on the post.
And best of all it was about 30 minutes max, including the screencap to position the 'bubbles' :D
