Does anyone else repeatedly get the voicemail icon (that looks like o_o) in the notification bar? I am set up to use Google Voice but that icon keeps reappearing even though I don't have any voicemails.

I downloaded Titanium Backup Pro and froze the vvm apk and no more notifications.

i got that same vvm issue right up until i deleted the apk lol my phone is hardly a phone in the literal sense.... its a device for texting and goofin off on the netterwebz (well, thats what i use if for, at least LoL)

and i just d/l'ed tiamat (non sbc) we'll see how it goes

Only when it has been sitting on the charger all night. Sometimes the light wont go off even when unplugged and I have to restart.

Other than that this rom is great.

I was having issues the moment I plugged my phone in.

I just recently stopped using the Theme Chooser because it of it's issues with Widget Locker and noticed I haven't had the issue.
I wonder if CM7 and Widget Locker aren't getting along.

My biggest beef with CM7 final is that I have had my Wimax get stuck at "turning off" multiple times. Since it's stuck on that, it won't connect to 3G either so I have to do a reboot to fix it. Ugh. I haven't been using 4G as much lately, but it's still annoying. I mainly use 4G to download ROM's. It takes forever on 3G.

I didn't notice this problem with RC4 and some of the previous nightlies. I don't get it. Anyone else having this issue?

Have you tried just toggling airplane mode?

Ha no looks like i was too quick, they have since last night removed 7.0.1 from the mirror and added 7.0.2 instead...must be something wrong with 7.0.1, works fine for me...flashing 7.0.2 anyhow apparently fixes some cpu issues and improved the gps issue...

What did they do with the GPS? I've heard that the last several nightlies have been plagued by the CPU usage staying at 100% due to some issues with the GPS driver or something. Has this been fixed? I didn't even know 7.0.1 had dropped, much less 7.0.2. Dang.

Follow those steps and then download Super Private Conversation (SPC) from the market, it's free. SPC will allow you to block those 9016 texts that you get with a new voicemail and still allow the VVM to work.

yeah thats what the fix was, fixed the cpu and gps driver issues...dont have to use the other gps driver now to fix the 100 percent cpu usage. 7.0.1 dropped briefly and dissappeared as quickly. 7.0.2 is in its place now...

I agree, This evo is almost a year old and no CM ROM has everything working. Just a waste to Flash any of these.

very disappointed, there are a lot of bugs. Will wait for an updated release.

I think the only thing you have to do is wipe cache and dalvik cache. Not 100% sure though. In other words, don't listen to a word I say...ever!

so everytime a new rom comes out you gotta wipe data and cache ugh i hate having to redo all the custom colors and shit over and over again

Like I mentioned in my previous post, I'm not 100% sure but I think you do have to wipe both. Matt and/or Xtreme should chime in to verify.
