I have it all d/l but sitting on irc now watching what's going on. LTE is screwed it seems, but not sure. I'll try to keep this post updated a bit on issues.

Edits: Radio version seems to matter. LTE success on Adrynalyne's #4 so far. Spotty
3G working but flaky. I'm holding off for a bit..they're working on it now.

im up to page 16 on the xda threrad. its a lil confusing... some saying working fine with new radio, some say working fine on original radio, other than that gps seems to be the only major issue. from most of the comments seems to be working alot better than id expect it to for this early.

figure im going to go back to stock radios,as i have no 4g here anyway, and the new one seems to be a bit hard on my battery. or maybe ill try stock 4g and new 3g...

what are your thots?

so far its bn really stable for me...the only thing ive noticed is the gps isnt 100% but it works, there is no wireless tether but i dnt use that and my 4g isnt working but i only use 4g if needed anyways to help out battery wise...i just full charged my battery and wiped stats so i can see how battery life is..my thinking is it should be better without sense running in the back ground...as for the rom its stable and super smooth havent had any lag, or reboots..i do get fc's on my RM Premium app every now and then tho..but all in all SO FAR SO GOOD im def happy with it..

I used it but call quality had very bad echo. I flashed and rebooted a few times, but still no go, that kinda ruined it for me. It was so bad my mom said it almost damaged her ear. Flashed back to tesla coil for now and all is good. I didn't expect it to work 100% so hopefully the devs keep up their good work.

I have seen this rom talked about alot in different post with different phones. What is so great about this one over other ones?

Cyanogen is the godfather of all other ROMs... It is AOSP (Android Open Source Project), so it is based off of the pure Android source code. No overlays that are added by the manufactors (like Blur, or Sense). It has a lot of features that most other ROMs do not have.

Some of the features have made there way into other ROMs (the biggest one off the top of my head would be the Power Control Widgets in the pull down bar). CM is simply a great made from source ROM and gives most others a run for it's money.

I used it almost exclusively on my OG Droid, as I could never find a ROM that had the features I loved from CM. With that said I'm actually liking Sense right now (and loving Das BAMF) so I'm going to probably wait a while to flash CM 7 on my Bolt.

Right now the build is extreamly Alpha, it will work but you might have some issues. If you haven't ever used CM I would wait until it is in a stable release, judging a ROM based on an early alpha isn't fair.

Edit: Also note that this will remove every single bit of Sense from your phone, you will not be able to use any of the HTC widgets or skins. This ROM is pure vannilia Android, as Google intended it (with lots of cool features and fixes).

Great thank you for the explanation of that :D

Yeah this is good to get your feet wet and get a taste, but not for daily use. 4g is spotty at best, GPS is a no go for all, random poor voice quality. The underlying ROM though is definitely running smooth as hell. Phone boots so fast. I can't wait for some of these bugs to get fixed now.

Cant wait for the bolt ROM community to mature, meaning lots of great ROMS.... not grow up.... although that works to...,

The OGD was at it's absolute best after a few months when Chevy's SS, Pete's BB, Cyan (Steve) / (Kouch), JRummy with his mega scripting..lol... really pushing development hard... I think I was flashing two or three different AOSP Roms everyday... :p

I know the bolt's goanna get there.... I feel it in my bonz.

I wanna try but I will hold off until the the next build is released

Me too. Don't feel that I have enough knowledge yet to troubleshoot all the problems by myself in all honesty. Still new to learning it all as its only been out for a tad over a month and it was my first android phone.

From video's i've watched about cm7 though, once something super stable is dropped, can't wait, looks pretty amazing and lightening fast, not that it really hasn't been already.
