Hi
I have 2 issues with my galaxy s i 9000.
1) you can only use the o(9) key if you turn the phone sideways.
2) the phone twitches alot and the grey bar at the top of the screen slides down the screen on its own accord and then randomly selects apps or different options on apps you are using. It also auto zooms in and out without you touching it like it has a virus or something. Reboots dont appear to fix it - any ideas ?

With number 1, are you talking about when you enter a numeric pin as one of the security features? Where the keypad looks like the phone should be in landscape mode, but it's in portrait mode, and you can't enter the 3, 6, or 9 keys?

If so, then I've had both of these problems. They're symptomatic of the laggy nature of a Samsung Galaxy S running Android 2.2 or less. The best you can do to resolve the issues is a factory reset on the phone, but then you have to set up your homescreens again. It's only a temporary fix, too - the lagginess is, I believe, caused by a memory shortage in the phone, so the more you use the phone, the laggier it gets.

Hope that helps =)
