I've finished porting BWC for GB v4.5.591 (most recent leak).

It's been working good so far with no issues that I have noticed. If you guys catch anything that I missed, please let me know so I can get on it and correct it.

You guys know the usual disclaimers about "you" being responsible for your own phone, etc.

MUST READ before installing:

1. Make sure you are deodexed before installing, otherwise you will be in "force close heaven" :p

2. Check to see if your market has been updated to v2.3.6. Go to Menu/Settings/Applications/Manage applications, select the "All" tab and scroll to the market. Select "Market", and if it shows you are on v2.3.6, uninstall the update before proceeding to install the theme, otherwise your market will force close and will only be fixed by flashing your backup.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Market
(by me):
Has the latest market v2.3.6, themed Black Market.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Settings Menu and Stock Dialer
(by me):
Have been inverted to black, no longer the light colored background.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

AppWidgetPicker:
Included to clean-up/group your widgets menu.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

TV/CRT Animation and 270 degree rotation:

This theme has the mod :D

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Dialer One (modded to match BWC):
It comes with the most recent v1.2.7.6.

Note:
When you first install BWC Dialer One it will not match the BWC theme, it will be a gray color. To make it match the BWC theme, do the following:

When in the app, go to Menu>Settings>General settings>Application theme and select the "Black" option, and that will do it :D

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Dock Icons:
If you want the dock icons I am using, search "Tallmin icons" on Google and you will find them very easily.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

BWC folder installed on SD Card has:

- "Addon" folder that contains addons such as, BWC Dialer One, Modded Pandora.
- Dock backgrounds for Replacement Home apps and some wallpapers.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

** Expect a long boot up after applying (3-5 mins) **

so on the deodexed .591 from tbh, but still in FC hell when i applied new theme zip, voice command, gmail were constantly FC

Are you sure you got a good download because mediafire has been acting up, I can't even download anything from there right now.

You might want to confirm the MD5 Checksum.

I used my own deodex file, not TBH's, can't say if there's is working properly or not. I flashed this very same theme on my phone earlier today with no issues at all.

MD5 is correct, I did uninstall the market upgrade prior to going into recovery to install BWC, not sure what the issue is. would it make a difference on which tbh leak I DL'd? i went with the fully deodexed version whereas on .588 on was on a partially deodexed leak, which ran BWC quite well and I must say you did amazing work on.

I installed the 4.5.591 version with only the apps deodexed........so I made my own deodex to deodex framework as well as apps. Applied the theme, and it worked just fine.

It should work over the fully deodexed 4.5.591 by TBH.

If you did install BWC over an updated Market, the only issue would be that the Market would FC, everything else would work fine.

If you don't want the Market to update again after you have removed the update (it could happen almost instantly), then disable the MarketUpdater.apk by renaming it to MarketUpdter.bak.

Still wonder if its a bad dl, cahnge marketupdater to .bak, cleared cache in CWR and installed again, this time it acted like it installed and went to the home screen except it was still at the red M, i'll hv to try again in the morning, thx for the quick responses :D

i had a strange situation also. i used bwc on .588 and loved it. i was happy to see this was now for .591. i am running .591 full deodex from tbh. i have never been able to overclock past 1.1 lv until .591. this made a huge difference in my phone going up to 1.2 lv. so last night i loaded bwc and it might have nothing to do with it but i had a call and my reception was poor. this morning when i woke up my phone was off for some reason. the battery was still at 50% once i rebooted the screen does not want to wake up. if i keep hitting power or home it will finally come on. as soon as i changed the overclock back to the 1.1 lv this situation stopped but the phone is back to slow again. any ideas what i might have donw wrong? maybe try to download again? thank you for all the time you have put into this theme. i love it

bouchigo, this just reminded me of something. On my phone when I would put up the widgets for social networking and social status they would not appear right. What I meen is they could not be put into the 1X4 widget box because they would not auto configure so the red and purple tabs were on the left side of the box.

I don't know if this was a glitch in just mine or if others have had this issue also. Just thought you would like to know and give it a looksy in the .588 and now the new .591.

Just wanted to let everyone know I ran a test to see if BWC was having issues installing as some claim to be having issues during install.

What I did:

1. Went back to to stock v4.5.588, because I'm assuming most of you are coming from v4.5.588.

2. Installed the fully deodexed v4.5.591 from TBH over v4.5.588.

3. Istalled BWC theme over newly installed v4.5.591.

Results:
Worked without a hitch.

All I can think of is that those having issues are making an error somewhere along the process when going from v4.558 to v4.5.591, and/or when installing BWC.

Just noticed in the music library, the tabs at top for albums, songs, etc you can't see the text on the tab you have selected. Not a real problem though.

Check the first post, tab text fixed. I was going to invert the app, but it's taking too long, maybe at some point when I get more time.

I didn't mess with the social apps at all. Maybe give me a screenshot of what you are talking about. I don't use those apps at all, never have.....it would help me out to see what the cause may be.

Almost what I did I was on .588(themed with bwc for .588) went back to my stock.588(not themed) flashed TBH .591(full deodexed version),over the non-themed stock .588 made nandroid backup.
Then I flashed this theme and the clock removal from notification bar as well.
I have no issues with either . Good Job !:D

Test 2

What I did:

1. Restored stock backup of fully deodexed v4.5.591; it booted up just fine.

2. Installed BWC theme over it.

3. Got stuck at bootanimation for ever.

4. Attempted reboot by pulling battery; same results.

5. Without restoring a backup or starting all over fresh, I applied my deodex file through bootstrap.

6. System booted up fine to OS.

7. Applied BWC theme again.

8. Booted up fine with BWC theme.

Results:
It seems if you restore a backup, you have to deodex again or you will be stuck in bootanimation for ever.

How does one get to bootstrap if you're stuck at boot animation?
