hey guys i have an lg otimus one i need a powerfull android im looking for a better resolution an 1ghz phone which is the better an whith android 2.2 or later maybe no too expensive about 350$ dollars i hope some one can help me with this im thinking on an htc or a samsung but i dont know which one i hope you can help me whith this thanks

It's Galaxy SL. And not very expensive like the last.
It's 350 and with a TI processor like Droid X.

$350 is not much money for a powerful phone.
However, let's try that:
1) Motorola Defy - buy it only if it is upgraded to v2.2
2) Samsung Galaxy SL i9003 - buy it if it fits your budget (prices differ per country).

It's too bad that these phones cost so much in your country. Where I leave, they cost under $400.

my mom will send me her android au ISO3 from japan. and i dont know if I can use it here in the philippines. is there anything my mom or I needs to do?

Depens, if it is locked to a specific carrier in Japan, it won't work anywhere where the operator doesn't have signal. If it is unlocked, you just put a sim card from a operator in the Philippines and you are ready to go.

so, I should tell my mom that she needs to unlock it so I could use it here in the philippines? I have one more question, I saw a video of android au ISO3 and im curious about one thing. in the mail button I saw that there is a subject box, to whom you will send it and etc. Is it the same as sending a text message? here in the philippines we send a text message and send it to a cellphone number. is it the same?
