Help Text Message Question

So about a week ago I deleted all my texts, but while I was doing so someone else texted me. Now every time I get a text from someone else that message I received while deleting my texts pops up on the notification bar up top. How can I get rid of this? I already tried deleting my texts again but that didn't wok.

Weird, has worked for others, you want to look for a similar app in the market. "history eraser" or "1 click cleaner" may work. Try clearing by contact. Worst case scenario would involve a factory reset, but haven't seen it come to that yet.

This worked for me: go to settings under sms cleaner free and uncheck keep unread message, then delete by contact.
