Help Deleting SMS Logger

How do I know if someone has put an sms logger OR ANY type of spyware on my phone? How do I get it off? I have Anti-Droid Theft, App Notifier, & Lookout. Help, please


& if you know how they hack facebook's and computers, please let me know.

There is a person that does this in my area... & I DO NOT want my phone or computer invaded. It's an invasion of privacy and I don't want it done to me.

99% of the time the "hack" is actually just a "crack" found using cracking software. Mostly due to simple and common passwords found on an everyday list ran through the software. You can generally stop it by making sure you password is something complicating and 100% random. Pick 3 numbers, 3 letters, and 3 symbols and then jumble them all up. Something like that. The more the better.
